Payment Policy

This policy describes accepted payment methods and payment procedures on Anaam Makkah.

Available methods

Credit and mada cards via the electronic payment gateway.
Bank transfer with a receipt upload when admin review is required.
Any additional methods announced in the app or website.

Completing payment

An order remains pending payment until the process completes according to the status shown in the app. For bank transfers, admin acceptance of the receipt may be required before preparation continues.

Invoices and VAT

VAT is calculated using the rate configured in platform settings and appears in the order summary.

Refunds

Refund or adjustment requests are reviewed based on order status and platform policy; contact support to follow up.
